Schaller & Weber's Knackwurst is based on the original plump sausage of northern Germany. In the traditional style, each sausage is generously stuffed with pork and beef, then smoked over natural hardwood for a one-of-a-kind flavor. Great on its own, but even better as an accompaniment to a Schaller & Weber Cooked Bratwurst on a traditional "wurstplatte."

Knackwurst is a meatier, weightier sausage - so much so, that they could only fit three in a pack.
