Everything coming off it tastes more of itself - their figs and apricots are legendary. Knoll's mixed rapini is not like the bunched broccoli rabe we're used to. It's harvested at a much earlier stage, when the stems and leaves are small, and the florets baby-sized. Expect a more tender rabe with a gentle mustardy bit. Perfect for quick sautees and stir fries.
